If you think that you can’t meditate, you’ve set a limiting belief that you can’t. Try to keep open the possibility that perhaps, with the right tools, you can!
Do you ever think, “I can’t stop my mind from thinking!!” That you are 100% correct!! You will never be able to stop your mind from thinking because that’s what it’s engineered to do!!! Just like your ears are engineered to hear, your mind’s job (one at which it is very, very good at!!) is to think!
Once you let that limiting belief go…. Then you open up the possibilities of being able to meditate and receiving the amazing medical/health benefits that come from meditation.
