You are the electricity and I am the light switch! I create a sacred space for healing that combines deep understanding and knowledge, ownership of your own body, and humor. I believe that your growth and potential are only diminished by your own limiting beliefs. We are all powerful beyond measure. I am a modern day magician and the magic happens at Zen From Within.

I could spend time here telling you that I'm a Clinical Herbalist, Functional Nutrition Counselor, Akashic Record Reader, Bowen Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Teacher, etc etc.... but you already know that by looking over what services I have to offer.

And what I've found in over a decade and a half of private practice is that most people could care less what licenses & certifications I have... they only care that I get them results. And that's because I'm a clinician at heart. I always have been no matter what hat I'm currently wearing. And I'm really good at it.

I've been a student of nature since I was a little girl walking beside my beloved Grandfather who was my first herbal teacher. One of my gifts is connecting people to their plants to help them on their healing journey.

Here's the thing, simply put, I’m a listener.

I hear you. I see you. I feel you.

I listen to what you have to say and perhaps more importantly, I listen to what your body and your energy has to say and that’s how I know what to do during our session. Your energy leads and I follow.

Every session is a little bit different because I have no preset agenda. I do not have any 'standard protocols' that I put everyone on. Your healing session is just that… YOUR session to heal. I offer a sacred space and container where I hold the energy so that your body and energy comes into alignment.

Over time in our sessions together, I teach you how to listen to your body and energy as well as give you tools to use so that you know how to continue to heal yourself.
