Talia DeAnn Wight

Aho! My name is Talia DeAnn Wight. I am a mother of two incredible bright lights and a partner to my very best friend and truest love. I am an artist, teacher, Reiki Master, and Master Herbalist. I am a seeker, a creator, lover of life, and spreader of light. I recognize each living being's truest potential and essence. I believe that we are all connected by the Universal Truth known as LOVE.

I am deeply rooted in Nature and honor the truths it teaches. I have a profound lifetime(s) connection with our Animal Spirit Guides. While I believe that everything and every experience provides us with an opportunity to learn and grow, our animal guides possess zero resistance which makes them a clear channel for Spirit to move through. I am ever so grateful for a lifetime of gifts and guidance provided by my animal guides. As I strengthen my relationship with the plant kingdom, I have enjoyed hearing their gentle voice and receiving their council, too. With Melita's connection to our plant allies, I am eager to expand my own understanding while sharing my offerings at Zen From Within. It is one of my greatest joys and deepest honors to be an ambassador for the Animal Spirit Guides! Their offerings are readily available to anyone who is willing to receive. With an extreme respect and delight, I am honored to assist those who are ready to make a lasting connection to their own Animal Spirit Guides.

While I am only at the beginning of my Bowen journey, this modality runs deep in my soul. When I was contemplating attending the Bowen therapy training, Brother Beaver came to tell me that I must begin to build that which I wanted for my family: happiness in health! I followed the guidance and attended the Bowen training. I had no idea how much the philosophy of Bowen would resonate with me. I was pleasantly surprised at how many truths would be rekindled along the way. I have always been in complete awe of the human body and its perfect design. I believe we have all that we need within us to live fully, but that we accumulate many pain patterns that we eventual accept as our truth. These 'growing pains' can be linked to so many aspects of life and in my experience, Bowen's subtleties gently address them all. Sister Spider has been another animal guide as I have experienced Bowen's magic. She has taught me that we have the ability to create the webs in which we weave. Our webs can be a tangled mess with limited beliefs, or we can spin a pristine piece of art that vibrates the belief that we can create our own health. She also spoke to me of the important role that fascia will play in our healing journey. We are all connected. As I heal on this journey, so do you. I am extremely excited to offer Bowen to you through Zen From Within as a tool to reconnect you with your body's proper state of homeostasis, to reset pain patterns, to allow yourself sacred space to truly listen to your body's needs, and to create a state of being that resonates with your highest.
