Cancellation Policy

Please call or email to cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. All appointments missed or not cancelled within this time frame will be charged in full.

Payment

Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit Cards, FSA & HSA Cards. Payment is due at the end of all sessions. Zen From Within accepts cash, checks, credit cards, FSA and HSA cards. A $25 fee will apply to any returned checks. Payment is due at the time of session.

Health Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts

Many of our clients use Health Insurance to pay for Bowen Therapy. Typically, if Massage Therapy is covered, Bowen Therapy is as well.

We also accept direct payments from Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings (HSA) Accounts. We see 99% of these payments get accepted, we cannot guarantee your FSA or HSA card will be accepted. Unfortunately, that is completely out of our hands and at the jurisdiction of your card. We can supply you with a hard copy receipt to file.
