Alyson Riggs

In 2010, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and spent the next several years fighting for my life. I was told that I would be sick for the rest of my life. However, I refused to accept that, and so I began my quest to kick start my body's ability to heal itself. I have been fully healthy for several years.

I knew I wanted to find a way to use my pain to help other people, and I am so excited to be able to work with others on their own unique healing journey. I am a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner and a Bowen Therapist. I am the mother of three children, an incredible blind dog, two cats, and a horse. I am a lover of animals, music, writing, art, nature, meditation and healing. I look forward to meeting YOU and hearing your story!
