NOTE: There is NO in person or online webinar! THIS is the place where you register for the 3 monthly installments of Deep Restoration – Winter Season. You will be emailed with your course content that consists of monthly audios lessons that include: self care practices, recipes/meal plan ideas/monthly herbal profile, seasonal rituals, and more!

We start Deep Restoration on Winter Solstice with a ritual to fully welcome in the Winter Season.
